Globe Telecom (also known as Innove) provide our primary (2mps) & secondary (2Mps) internet connection. Unfortunately their service is somewhat rudimentary and erratic which means, even with two connections from a supposed reputable supplier we sometimes end up offline, or with a connection speed akin to a 28K modem.

However this is the joys of living in the provinces. I think I can truthfully say that ISP's in the Philippines have no idea of Quality of Service (QoS) or in fact customer service. Anyhow as we are in a smaller village there is no competion as such and therefore we are forced to put up with Globes shite service until SMART arrive in town.
